My smoothie disappeared before I took a photo.

It was THAT good. Here's the recipe:

The Disappearing Banana Smoothie
One medium banana
1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
A few ice cubes

Blend and enjoy. Just try to make it last more than five minutes. I dare you.
